Xactimate Training, Personal 1 on 1 Training

Learn Xactimate25 from experienced adjusters.

Additional Information

In the past, I have attended training seminars from some of the most popular providers in the industry. These seminars had class sizes of 30+. The instructor was never able to complete the entire course because the students were at different levels of experience. Also, the training manual they provided me was 20 pages of incomplete data and it looked like it was thrown together at the last minute. I left these seminars disgusted. I just spent $400.00 and it felt like I didn’t accomplish a thing. Then a couple of months later I get deployed. I haven’t used the estimating software since the seminar. So I pull out my so-called training manual in hopes of assisting me to refresh my memory, of course it was useless. So I began taking my own notes and started documenting procedures step by step for future reference. Eventually, I started compiling this information into a reference manual. Soon after, other adjusters were wanting copies of my manual. I took this reference manual and converted it into a very detailed instruction manual.
This training course is designed to teach you Xactimate at your own pace. There is no better way to learn than one-on-one. I will sit by your side and walk you through all the major aspects of this software. Together, we will write a few estimates & draw a few roofs in sketch. We will import and label photos and create diary entries. I will show you the short cuts you need to know that will speed up the estimate writing process. Along with this course, you will be provided with a very useful instruction manual that is very easy to follow. Every page on this step by step manual is illustrated in complete detail. This instruction manual is designed and categorized to answer the most frequently asked questions you will have while using this software.

Email I received from Ken F.

I just came in from being one of 32 students that endured a 2 day "crash & burn" seminar on Xactimate25...Well, my wallet is $595 lighter...But I'm still reeling...

I feel just like you refer to on your website...I had never been exposed to this software, until day before yesterday...and all I can say is ..*@^$@%^... Most of the other students had had some experience, and there were even seasoned adjusters in there brushing up on the latest version 25 for some CEU's...Myself, and a few others, were lost, from the beginning..and although I now know more than I did, there just wasn't the time in two days to give me the basics...You know what I'm talking about...The teacher was throwing stuff at us with breakneck speed as though we were already "savy" about the program...He kept saying, "Come on, ya gotta get it, time is money!!!"..The manuel that was provided, was cheaply copied, and like you said, "looked like it was just thrown together from Kinko's"...Mine wasn't even in order and was missing some pages...

Understandably, the experienced others in the class, as well as the instructor, didn't really have time, or the patience, to bring me, and the others, along slowly, and surely ...and I understand that...If I had known of a Xactimate 101 course, then I would have signed up for that...I've passed my pre-licensing course, and my adjuster's license is in process, here in Texas. and I know that I have to have proficiency in Xactimate25, to even be considered getting an assignment with an adjusting firm in the future...
